Longjing Tea - Dragon Well Tea
Longjing or Dragon Well tea is mainly grown in the beautiful Chinese province of Zhejiang. I visited Zhejiangin 2002 and was more than impressed with the beauty of the area. I though it was amazing! The most important city and really the home of this fine brew is Hangzhou. Hangzhou is known in China as Heaven on Earth and is also famous for it's natural beauty and it's large West Lake.

Dragon Well, thought by some as the best tea in China, is flat and smooth in appearance. The tea is cooked in big open pans and retains it's full flavor, color and all the beneficial elements. The tea is best brewed for between 1-4 minutes at 160-180F. The tea can be re-filled at least twice with the second cup often considered the best by the Chinese.
This Organic tea is an excellent quality tea while being very reasonably priced.
